350g S.R. flour (I used half wholemeal and half white, use all white for failsafe)
60g coconut sugar (use white sugar for failsafe)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place chopped butter in TM jug. Melt for 2 minutes, 50c, speed 1.
Add in the rest of the ingredients, and mix for 30 seconds, speed 5.
Scrape down jug, and mix a further 30 seconds, speed 6.
Let the batter sit for at least 30 minutes.
Add a dot of butter to non stick pan, and cook on low heat. Wait til mixture bubbles, then turn over.
Easily adapted to failsafe too.
